Glenside Lions observe Earth Day 2022 today, on 22 April. This year’s theme is ‘Invest in Our Planet’. Climate change is recognised by most people and we believe that it is a shared responsibility between the government, businesses and individuals. The most important issue being the reduction in carbon emission. We at Glenside Lions also believe that we should plant more trees and have taken the step to plant a gum tree in front of the Bookmart. On your next visit to our Bookmart please have a look at this gum tree. It is growing very well.
