World Environment Day 5 June

Glenside Lions are very much aware of our environment and together with Lions all over the world we celebrate this important World Environment Day on 5 June. We care about our planet. That’s why we’re dedicated to helping Lions take on projects that will create a sustainable and healthy future for generations to come. In conjunction with the World Environment Day this year, a gum tree sapling has been planted by the City Council in front of our Bookmart. If you haven’t already noticed, please have a look next time you are at the Bookmart. We will watch as it grows.
